So often in life and ministry, we become involved in other people’s relationship challenges, be it our husband, a church member, a friend, or our children. We are invited to listen to a heated debrief, offer support, give advice, and bring wisdom. In this workshop on triangles, we will explore how tension is managed and spread through our relationships. We will consider how to navigate the invitations to get involved with greater clarity, calm, and maturity. A practical session for anyone wanting to be less reactive and more helpful in the midst of relational complexity.
Nicky Fortescue is a pastoral supervisor, Family Systems coach, church leader, ministry wife and faculty member of the Family Systems Institute. In her various roles, she supports church leaders and their wives to navigate the complexities of ministry. Nicky has been in ministry alongside her husband for thirty years.
