with Emma Fooks

Sin is destructive and distorts our lives – it is part of our human nature. We need our hearts to be refreshed with the goodness of the gospel. Come and hear Emma speak about the reality of the ongoing struggle with sin in the life of every believer and how God is on our side, fighting the battle for us. We’ll also focus on the privileges and responsibilities of being a ministry wife and what might be distinctive about our struggle with sin in this context. There will be time for personal reflection and prayer.
Emma is married to Linden and has three kids who are now almost grown up. She loves working with Linden and the staff team at Ann Street Presbyterian Church. In her spare time she enjoys swimming at the Spring Hill Baths and then drinking a cup of coffee with a good book.
