Self-care, given the unique stressors and anxieties in ministry households

About the seminar:

Sometimes it’s tough to navigate life as a ministry wife. Ministry wives need to learn to self-care in the midst of many, sometimes unique, stressors and challenges that present. Behind the closed doors of our home we can feel like a hypocrite: “What is self-care, when I am not meant to be self-centred?” With this in mind, come and hear Dr John Warlow share how we can move towards an wholistic, God-centred transformation.  John has a passion to integrate Biblical truth with psychology. This seminar is one not to miss.

About the speaker, Dr John Warlow:

Born in India — a missionary kid — John lived in India for ten years before moving to England. After graduating school, he completed his medicine degree in the UK. He has lived in Brisbane since 1990 where he has practiced psychiatry.  John and Jill have five wonderful children. John has a broad range of clinical experience and is the founder of the Living Wholeness Community
