God’s Heart for the Vulnerable

with Kylie Brown

Thursday Evening – 12th June 2025, 7:30pm-9:30pm at Southside Presbyterian Church, Eight Mile Plains

and Friday Morning – 13th June 2025, 9:30am-12:00pm at Enoggera Baptist Church, Enoggera

In the Scriptures we often hear of God’s concern for the vulnerable in society – the widow, the fatherless and the poor. As the cost of living rises and homelessness is on the increase, it will be helpful for us to think about how to care for those who are in financial distress or vulnerable in other ways. Kylie will teach from the Bible and share resources with us that will help us as we seek to minister to the vulnerable.

Kylie is married to Andrew who is currently doing a PhD on the Psalms after working for AFES at UQ for many years. Kylie oversees a national network of Money Mentors for Christians Against Poverty, teaches Christian Mentoring at Brisbane School of Theology and is a professional mentor.
