Paul and Sue have been serving in the Trinity Network in Adelaide, SA, for the last 35 years. One of their enduring concerns has been how to keep gospel-centred disciple-making on the agenda. We all want to be committed to growing the Kingdom of God and we understand that ministry will have various impacts on our families, both positively and negatively. The balance between self-sacrificial service and survival needs to be carefully considered as we work together to grow the Gospel.
Paul and Sue have learnt some things (trial and error) about developing a healthy family culture, church culture and leadership. There have been some significant challenges over the years, so they will also reflect on how they have continued to lead with joy and purpose during that time.
